Family arraigo
Residence for exceptional circumstances for the father, mother or guardian of a minor from the EU, the EEA or Switzerland, or for someone who supports a disabled relative from those countries. Interior gives it a length of five years.

Who it is for
A parent or guardian of a minor who is a national of another EU, EEA or Swiss state, living in Spain, responsible for the minor and living with them or up to date with parental duties. Also a relative who supports a disabled person from those countries in exercising legal capacity, is responsible for them and lives with them.

Fit one of the two cases
This sheet does not use the two-year stay pattern that other arraigo types use. It describes the two family cases and requires the fee to be paid.

EX-10 and fee 052 heading 2.3.1
The sheet asks for a signed EX-10, a copy of a valid passport and criminal records for the five years before entry. The fee is form 790 code 052, heading 2.3.1, payable by the foreign national, within ten working days if filed on paper.
