Purpose

MiCitas offers guides and, by subscription, local tools to prepare procedures. It is not a law firm or a gestoría.

The administration

MiCitas is not affiliated with the Government of Spain. It does not book appointments, it does not automate the official site and it does not sell or resell appointments. The official link is the only way to apply.

Plans

The free plan does not need a card. The monthly subscription costs €2.99 and the yearly one €19.99, with tax included in the advertised price (tax-inclusive price in Stripe). They renew until you cancel in the customer portal.

Stripe retries failed charges with Smart Retries, which the owner must leave on in the Dashboard. Access continues while the status is past due. If the subscription is cancelled or left unpaid for good, access is removed.

Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw. By paying you ask for the digital service to start immediately. If you withdraw, a proportionate amount for the days already used may be due, under the Spanish consumer act. This clause is a template and a professional should review it before you sell.

Licence code

After payment you receive a signed code tied to the email and the Stripe customer. Anyone with the code can use Premium on another device while the subscription stays active. Do not publish it. The server checks the code against the subscription record.

Content

The guides are orientation with a review date. They are not legal advice. The official site and the official form prevail if they differ. Anything not verified is marked.

Liability

Rights that mandatory law does not allow to be excluded are not excluded. The owner is not liable for a lack of appointments on the official site or for administrative refusals.
