Family reunification
A person already living in Spain can ask for certain relatives to receive a residence authorisation. On the official forms index the form is EX-02. The means and kinship rules are in the regulation and on the ministry sheet, not in an advert.

Who it is for
The sponsor is the person who already has residence and files the application. It is not the relative who is still abroad, although that relative later applies for the visa.

Read the current reunification sheet
EX-02 is the form on the index. Financial means, housing and which relatives qualify (spouse, children, parents) are in the regulation and on the sheet. We do not copy an IPREM percentage we have not read on that sheet in this review.

File and, afterwards, the visa
Once the authorisation is granted, the relative usually applies for the visa at the consulate. Those are two steps. MiCitas does not file them for you.
